If you've never been behind the wheel before, 20 hours of lessons is unlikely to be sufficient to get you test-ready. The DVSA states that on average, a candidate who passes their test had taken 48 hours of professional lessons, in addition to completing 20 hours of private practice. No driving school can guarantee that you'll pass your driving test after a crash course. Shorter (refresher) courses are only suitable for learners who have had significant driving experience and who are almost test ready.
