Welcome to Driving Lessons MCR.
By booking lessons or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. General Information

• Driving Lessons MCR provides driving tuition for learner drivers in and around Manchester.

• All instructors are approved and licensed by the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency).

• Lessons are available in both manual and automatic vehicles, depending on instructor availability.

2. Lesson Bookings

• Bookings can be made online via our website or by direct contact with an instructor.

• All bookings are subject to instructor availability.

• When booking, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• The minimum lesson duration is 1 hour.

For Crash Courses, lesson schedules will be arranged in advance and confirmed with your instructor.

3. Payments and Fees

• All payments must be made in advance of your scheduled lesson.

• Prices may vary depending on the transmission type (manual or automatic) and the selected course (Pay As You Go or Crash Course).

• Refunds are only available in accordance with our cancellation policy below.

• Driving Lessons MCR reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

• If an instructor needs to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, vehicle issues, weather), an alternative session will be arranged at no extra cost.

5. Punctuality and Attendance

• Please be ready at the agreed pick-up point at the start time of your lesson.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced lesson time without refund.

• Repeated lateness may lead to termination of your lessons without refund.

6. Driving Tests

• Your instructor will advise when you are ready to take your driving test.

7. Safety and Conduct

• The instructor reserves the right to terminate a lesson if the learner is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may affect driving ability.

• Aggressive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Learners must hold a valid provisional driving licence and bring it to their first lesson.

8. Liability

• Driving Lessons MCR and its instructors are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained outside of scheduled lessons.

• During lessons, vehicles are fully insured for both instructor and learner.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

• Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Information you provide is used only for booking management, communication, and record-keeping purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

Driving Lessons MCR reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
