Choose your course
We have two packages, each in a manual or an automatic car:
- Regular Course: lessons of 2–4 hours a week, in packages of 5 to 30 hours. Best if you want to learn steadily and fit lessons around work or study.
- Crash Course: more lessons packed closer together for learners who want to finish sooner. See our intensive courses page.

Manual or automatic?
A manual licence lets you drive both. An automatic licence only covers automatic cars. Compare them in manual vs automatic driving lessons, or go straight to manual lessons or automatic lessons.

Every learner
- Nervous driver lessons with a calm, patient approach.
- Help to understand the process: you need a provisional licence, you take your theory test, and only you can book your driving test (the rule since 12 May 2026). We will tell you when you are ready and help you book it yourself (GOV.UK).
- Check any instructor on the DVSA register.

How much do driving lessons cost in Manchester? Our Regular manual courses start at £210 for 5 hours and £350 for 10 hours; automatic is £220 and £370. See the table above.

Can I learn if I have never driven before? Yes. Our instructors regularly teach complete beginners.
